By accessing or making a purchase from mysteryhound.press (the "Site"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

General

Mystery Hound Press is a small, independent press producing small scale printed art, stickers, zines, and related goods. All products are handmade or produced in small batches.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable shipping fees and taxes (where required) are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

Products & Accuracy

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be exact. Minor variations in color, texture, or printing are inherent to handmade and small-batch printed goods and are not considered defects.

Shipping & Refunds

Our shipping schedule, delivery estimates, and refund policy are described in our Shipping & Refunds page, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Print Club Memberships

Print Club is a subscription-based membership that supports the ongoing creative work and development of Mystery Hound Press.

Print Club memberships are patronage, not a purchase of goods or services. By subscribing, you are sponsoring the continued operation of Mystery Hound Press. While we intend to send members periodic prints, zines, or other items as a gesture of thanks, these are not guaranteed deliverables. No specific product, quantity, schedule, or level of quality is promised or owed to members.

We may change the format, contents, frequency, or nature of any Print Club mailings at our sole discretion and without notice. Membership does not entitle you to any particular item, and past mailings do not set a precedent for future ones.

You may cancel your Print Club membership at any time through the Site. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current or any prior billing period.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to artwork, designs, photographs, text, logos, and product designs — is the property of Mystery Hound Press and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You are welcome to enjoy, display, and gift the physical items you purchase, but commercial reproduction is not permitted.

Limitation of Liability

Mystery Hound Press is operated by a single individual as a small creative business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or personal injury.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mystery Hound Press from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
