Shipping & Refunds

Shipping schedules, delivery estimates, and our policy on refunds, returns, and damaged orders.

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped once per week, typically on Friday or Saturday. Orders placed after the weekly cutoff will go out with the following week's batch.

Carrier: All orders ship via USPS from beautful Oakland, California.

Shipping tiers:

  • Free shipping is available for small, lightweight items (stickers, etc.) that ship as standard letter mail. These items are sent without tracking.
  • Flat rate shipping applies to smaller items or prints that can be shipped flat via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after shipment.
  • Poster tubes are the best way to safely ship larger prints, but unfortunately incur extra fees with USPS regardless of size or service class.

Your shipping tier is calculated automatically at checkout based on the contents of your cart.

Tracking: For orders that include tracking, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. If your order ships via letter mail (free shipping tier), tracking is not available.

Print Club member shipments are shipped in a monthly batch as standard letter mail without tracking.

Subscription billing and management are handled through your account on this website. If you need to update your shipping address, please do so before the next billing cycle to ensure your shipment goes to the right place.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of printed and handmade goods, all sales are final and we generally do not accept returns.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Lost packages: For tracked shipments, if your package shows no delivery scan after a reasonable transit period, contact us and we will work with USPS to resolve the issue or send a replacement. For untracked letter mail shipments, we are unable to verify delivery status — if your order does not arrive within 2 weeks of our ship date, reach out and we will do our best to make it right.

Print Club refunds: You may cancel your Print Club subscription at any time through the website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for subscription shipments that have already been processed.

How refunds work: Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
