This Privacy Policy describes how Mystery Hound Press ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from mysteryhound.press (the "Site").
Information We Collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse the Site, we collect information about the pages or products you view, the websites or search terms that referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site. We share your Personal Information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Site and fulfill orders:

- USPS (or other shipping carriers) delivers your orders. Shipping carriers receive your name and shipping address in order to deliver your package.
We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
We do not sell or rent your Personal Information to third parties.
Data Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we retain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it. Subscription and billing records are maintained by Stripe for as long as you have an active account or as required for their legal obligations.
Your Rights
If you are a resident of certain U.S. states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

W have not received any government or law enforcement requests for user data, nor have we been subject to any gag orders or court directives that would prevent us from saying so.
