We share your Personal Information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Site and fulfill orders:

  • Ghost powers our website and mailing list. You can read Ghost's privacy policy at ghost.org/privacy.
  • USPS (or other shipping carriers) delivers your orders. Shipping carriers receive your name and shipping address in order to deliver your package.

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

We do not sell or rent your Personal Information to third parties.

Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we retain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it. Subscription and billing records are maintained by Stripe for as long as you have an active account or as required for their legal obligations.

Your Rights

If you are a resident of certain U.S. states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

Do Not Track

We do not alter our data collection and use practices when we detect a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

W have not received any government or law enforcement requests for user data, nor have we been subject to any gag orders or court directives that would prevent us from saying so.
